BREAKTHROUGH BLEEDING DURING SEX ONLY

I’ve been on the pill for about 2 years, went off of it recently for 3 months because I was lazy and not sexually active so just didn’t get a prescription refill. I’ve been taking the pill for 3 weeks now, I accidentally missed one and doubled up the next day in hopes to save myself from breakthrough bleeding

I did have a little bit of regular breakthrough bleeding but now, 5 days after I accidentally missed one, I fucking bleed everytime I have sex and only when I have sex!! It’s so fucking annoying and I want to know if there’s a way to stop this or even just to know why this is happening 😩💗
