Antibiotics affect birth control?

I’m currently taking Nikki as my birth control and I’ve been on it for about a month already. I also started taking tetracycline about two weeks ago to help my acne but I heard some antibiotics lower the effectiveness of birth control? I’m really scared because he came inside me but after some research, I found out that the only reason it could lower the birth control effectiveness is if I’ve been throwing up the birth control (which I haven’t). Should I be alright?
