NST today
Had to go for an NST today. I have an anterior placenta and have a really really hard time feeling baby. It ended up being ok, but she did mention he’s “barely meeting criteria”, which didn’t really make me feel better. She said this could be due to his gestational age (30 weeks measuring at 31). Also, she asked if I did the genetic testing offered around 12 weeks I think? I opt out of that testing for each pregnancy. Is there a link to genetic disorders and decreased fetal movement? I didn’t think about this until I left so I didn’t get to ask. All my scans have been fine. Just wondering if anyone has any insight. Thanks!
