Pregnancy workouts

So, my first trimester was rough with all day long sickness and I have a subchronic hematoma which has caused a lot of bleeding. I was put on pelvic rest and no heavy lifting.

I’m finally at 14 weeks, baby is healthy, my sch has gotten smaller. Still sick but I’m gaining energy back and want to get back to the gym. I had a regular workout routine that I’m not comfortable doing with the hematoma still healing. Can anyone recommend easy but effective lite workout routines that won’t cause too much of a strain on my pelvic area?
