Yeast infection with sores? Herpes?

I have been having a lot of irritation lately and sores as well, one near my anus and one on my labia... they are pretty painful. I have been itchy and have white discharge like i have a yeast infection though. I took monistat 1 about 5 days ago and there is some relief but the sores are still there... Its hard to get to the doctors so hopefully i can find some solution/answers

Any ideas?
