Soo I slip and fell at work. I was 10 weeks and a few days at the time. They sent me to Concentra which was their medical team. They put me out of work until the following Monday. I went and got checked. They said I could go back but no heavy lifting (I twisted my ankle and hit my leg). I wanted my job back and was eager to go back to work BUT they fired me sayin gmt performance and attendance was bad. Which it was only my 3rd day. And I had already started doing my assignment by myself with no help since the second day so production for me was great. And I was always on time. However I did. NOT receive workers comp or anything while I was out. I just want to know if this sounds like a suit or if its not worth pursuing.
And No there wasnt a wet floor sign.
