Is one bottle of week too much?

Sorry for reposting. I wanted to edit it without coming off of anon. I am in college so I’m drinking a lot. On average I’m having like 3-4 bottles of vodka a month. They’re not always the big ones it is sometimes the smaller ones.

The number is arbitrary. Do you skip class? Work? Are you able to do all your work? Do you drink in the morning? Do you shake when you don't drink? Are your relationships suffering because of your drinking? Do you vomit or pee your bed on the reg?
Unpopular opinion, but if you said no to those questions, you're fine. Health-wise (since I know some anti alcohol person will freak lol) you should be careful and make sure your doc knows that you drink like that. But you're young. Live your life!

If not, you might want to start looking it up.

If you are being responsible (not drinking and driving, not putting yourself at risk, being safe) and you aren't reliant on it (addicted) then it is completely your choice! And if you're worried about any physical effects it may have (certain illnesses as other commenters have brought up) then get a check up! Have fun though, depending on what you decide to do, whether to drink or whether not to drink, having fun is a major part of college and it's completely your choice on how you want to have fun!

I don’t get people who go to college thinking only about the parties they will attend and how much drinks they can have 🙄🙄
