Sciatica
Does anyone else get BAD sciatica?? Im 17w and i literally broke a sweat walking upstairs. I feel it radiating down my leg and it siezes up every single time i move..ive tried stretches but its so hard cuz im like crying in pain. Advice?!?!?!
