Nightmares? Easily spooked?

Just wondering if anyone else’s 4 month old is easily spooked? Suddenly about month 3 our LO started getting spooked by sneezes, coughs and any sudden sounds - run a vacuum, no big deal, but set down a plate too loud in the microwave and she’ll jump and 80% of the time if she gets spooked she bursts into tears.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen?
It also tends to be worse in the evenings. For example last night she burped too loud and scared herself and screamed bloody murder for 10 mins. Then she got settled down and my husband accidentally sneezed and it was back to square one once again. 🤦🏻‍♀️
In the past few weeks there have been similar incidents while sleeping. She will suddenly start crying like she’s hurt. She’s woken up crying quite a lot. I’m sort of wondering if she’s having nightmares - maybe about things that have spooked her?!
Am I alone in this?

My baby has nightmares. She will be dead asleep and then you'll see her start frowning and whimpering and then cry for a little but shes still sleeping and then it goes away after a minute. Idk what babies could have nightmares about lol. "I was dreaming that I had a poopy diaper and nobody changed it for 3 hours!" Or "My mom set me down while she used the bathroom it was awful!" 😂😂😂😂

Sometimes when I burp really loud she’ll jump and does this arm flailing thing and makes a crazy face 😂 she doesn’t cry but the reaction she does kills me, it’s too funny lol

My little girl is easily spooked when she's tired OR something is very loud out of nowhere. Like our dogs jumping up and barking.
