FTM just need some help

My son is exactly a month old today and last night was a really weird night he wouldn’t lay flat or on his side if you payed him down he would scream his head off he wanted to sleep sitting up. I don’t know if it’s cause I can’t pump anymore and had to put him on straight formula is why he is all of a sudden not wanting to lay flat but I don’t think that has anything to do with it. He also started eating a ton more like I was feeding him 3 ounces now he wants 4 or more is this normal ladies just need some advice
