Super nervous

Hey yall! 🙋🏼‍♀️ Hoping this is my rainbow baby. Had a blighted ovum in August & my body hasnt completely adjusted back to normal since. So, it's been super hard pinpointing periods & ovulation. Today, I'm technically one week late! It came up RIGHT AWAY. Not telling anybody but you guys. Not having many symptoms other than just cramping, a headache probably due to the cold I have, & I had a odd vivid dream last night. Praying this one sticks! Has anybody gotten this faint of a line a week your supposed period was supposed to be due, but ended up with a healthy happy baby? Any & all positive stories will help ease my mind. 😬😍 I'd be due August 10th!
