I feel I'm doing something wrong

Me and my partner have been trying for a year. I've had tests and everything has come back fine. My partner is waiting on his results but, I can't get pregnant. I'm 25 no health issues apart from IBS, I haven't been on contraception for nearly 4 years. I feel a bit of a failure not going to lie. My friends and family keep telling me it will happen and I remain positive but they don't get it. Am I going mad?!
