Postpartum Anxiety
I’m pretty sure I’m struggling with PPA. Not the kind where I’m scared something bad will happen to baby, but just really bad anxiety with everything else. My husband is also deployed so that doesn’t help. I don’t feel depressed though. Has anyone dealt with this or something similar?
