My husband doesn’t want kids: please help

I am one year happily married after a 4-year relationship. My husband is a caring and loving person and I have zero complaints. However, he doesn’t want to have kids. It’s just not in his mentality to become a father and I just came to realize it. I thought he was afraid of being a parent as other people but it turns out he does not really want. I do not know what to do. I am 30 and I don’t know if getting a divorce or nor. Honestly, I want kids because I love him and I want a family with him. I doubt that I will meet someone else to make me feel the same but I do not know if I will regret it some years later.
