What do you do after your IUI?

I’ll be doing my 3rd medicated iui soon and was wondering what everyone does after theirs? Do you rest, go back to work, etc? I usually take the afternoon to rest but with the holidays approaching I have so much going on at work and will need to go back for some clients lunches. It’s not strenuous work but I usually like to just go home and stay warm lol. My iui from August resulted in a pregnancy but sadly I miscarried at 6 weeks. Just so stressed out about what is best to do afterwards! Thoughts???

I rested both times. Stayed in bed for hours watching movies and meditating.  I got a BFP both times, first resulted in miscarriage and second my son. 
Starting again this cycle for baby #2 and hoping I can rest this time too!

I take the whole day and stay in bed. I've had terrible cramping during my 3 iuis. So, resting for atleast 12 hrs is what makes me feel better

I’m trying to stay busy with work - well, I have to haha - end of semester grading and what not. I’m also trying to rest, not necessarily sleep more, but just relaxing, spend quality time with my wife, distract myself. I’m 9 dpiui now. I’m finding it hard to not focus on being in the TWW, but still trying to live my life. Last month I was so obsessed I didn’t accomplish much and drove myself crazy-so I’m trying to let it go a bit more lol.

I’ve returned to work after both procedures. I felt fine and didn’t feel a need to go home. My MD insisted we BD the same day and the next but other than that I just try to remain calm and relax during my TWW.

After mine, I ended up going home and going to bed.  I work night shift and had to work that night, so needed sleep.
