Help me!
So i am 19 but consider mine and my partners relationship to be a serious and adult relationship (he is 21). I am so in love with him and we have been together for a little over two years, we both talk about the future, including marriage, and kids, and how we want to live our lives...

Unfortunately for us, we come from two completely different cultures and have different belief systems, he is from a Muslim from Syria (living in Australia on a humanitarian visa) and I am a completely atheist Australian.
It raises so many heated discussions over how we move forward because we know we want to live together but its a lot harder for him to leave his parents home than it is for me, and housing is just so ridiculously expensive for first time buyers, so i suggested that he moves in with me and my family.
I completely understand how hard it is for him but in order for us to be able to live together without serious repercussions, we have to get married... it would have to be an islamic marriage so that his parents will be okay with it and recognise it... I am prepared to do it because i cant see any other way of us being able to do it, but understandably, he isnt ready for marriage just yet...

I seriously need some advice on how to approach this further and see whether anyone else out there has experienced or is experiencing a similar dilemma, i feel that i am ready to commit to him but im worried that he isnt feeling the same
