How did you know you were in love with your SO?

I knew i loved my husband in 3 days! I know it sounds so crazy but it's true. We got together young i was 17 he was 18. We were young kids without responsibilities at the time. We partied and everything. The 3rd day we were hanging out with 2 of his friends at his house. We went to smoke some marijuana in his car and hot box.

I had literally nothing to eat and drink that whole day. He actually asked me if I did so I lied and said yes not thinking any of the sorts I didn't think it was that important at the time. So we did in a summer day it was very hot afterwards we went to a little basket ball court and walked out. I looked up at him and said "I'm really high" laughing at me he said "that's good" then I looked at him and repeated "I'm really high" again. Then I wake up on the ground head pounding and confused. I had a heat strike and a bit of a seizure.

They all looked terrified at the time. I didn't know what happened. So I said I'm fine and asked if I could stay the night of course he said yes. He was so sweet. He literally took care of me that whole night. I said I had a headache he got my Tylenol and water, I didn't know where the bathroom was he walked me to it, he didn't leave my side the entire night. He was offered to smoke that night and turned it down to stay with me which being a kid I would not expect so.

We slept in the same bed did not try to take advantage of me and cuddled me the whole night. Making sure I was ok. After that I knew he was the one. So sweet and kind. Now we are 23 and 24 were out of all that kid stuff we have 3 beautiful children and I wouldn't change it. Thinking back to that he could have left me there or anything. He could have tried to take advantage of me and everything and didn't try once. He also told me that is the day he knew he loved me!

Sorry for the long story but I was just thinking about it randomly today it is crazy how fast life changes. I found the love of my life so fast I would have never guessed it.
