Bipolar disorder??

Hey! Im dumb clearly lool so i just need to ask is this bipolar disorder or not?:
 Someone who at first was super happy then out of nowhere bugs out on you and gets highly irritated with high energy of attitude at some random point out of nowhere. Is that bipolar disorder or no? If not, what is it?

My boyfriend has bipolar I can tell you when he manic he gets really higher. His mood changed in a snap of a finger. But I'm not a doctor and would need to see one to get diagnosed but to me seems like signs personally. And theres more then one types of bi polar to. My boyfriend is type one a raging bi polar and he also suffers from depression and anxiety.  Good luck it is very difficult to deal with someone with bipolar.
