Period 10 days late

I am sexually active but don’t always use a condom with my bf and have had the Kyleena for a little over 3 months now... my periods have been really long like 3 weeks and my last one was 6 days late. But now period number 3 with the iud hasn’t come and according to the app it was due 10 days ago. I had one day of spotting on the 18th of November and have had really bad cramps, back pain, and slightly sore boob (not bad) the past couple days... is this normal?? I’m a very paranoid personal I keep thinking I’m pregnant but the chances of that are super slim right??
