bleeding after penetration

hi, i have a huge concern. i’m a 16 year old virgin and sometimes i masturbate with some things, and every time like since i started which was last year, every time i penetrate myself, i bleed. not huge amounts, just a little but recently i thought it’d be different because i haven’t done it in like 7 months. and it was the same and now i am very concerned. i don’t know what to do and i already broke my hymen so...pls help and list your opinions and suggestions!!! thanks.
