Does your cycle change?
Ok so quick question.
About 2 months ago I started exercising 5-6 days a week pretty intensively.
My cycle uses to last 31 days. Last month it came 4 days early.
Now I am not supposed to ovulate this month for another 2 days but I did an ppl and it is much lighter than yesterday’s.
Would a healthy lifestyle change my cycle like this?
Anyone else experiencing something similar?
