Chronic Yeast Infections

I gave birth 3 months ago, and since then, I've had 3 seperate yeast infections. After every time I do the medication for them, my symptoms go away and then come back a few weeks later. Last time I had one, I even took the diflucan pill hoping it would completely get rid of them. Now it's back. My doctor didn't seem concerned. Is that normal at all? What the heck is going on with me?

(Yes, I've already been tested for STDs)

My symptoms: Excessive vaginal discharge (normal in color), external itching, and painful rash covering my whole vaginal area. I was wondering if it might be thrush instead of a yeast infection, but I'm not completely sure 🤔
