Will I see results?
Hey ladies I recently made a big lifestyle change. I’ve been eating really healthy everyday, having balanced meals, having lots of protein for my muscle gain. I also have been going to the gym and running about two miles a day, and then doing different days of the week: so like one day it’ll be two mile run and abs, two mile run and legs, two mile run and arms. Etc. My motivation for this is I invested in some country music festival tickets for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary in June and I want to feel better in my own skin and be able to wear shorts and be happy. Do you guys think if I keep that routine up I could see a little difference in June? I know that’s a big question and a lot goes into it but i just have no experience eating healthy and working out.
