How do you stay motivated to study?

Currently studying for my NCLEX-RN exam on December 28th 😫. I just cannot concentrate at all (hence why I’m on here). What methods of studying work for you and help you stay focused?

So I have finals this week and I need to study more. So I’m going to stop using this app for the entire week (starting in a couple of hours) because it’s distracting af especially when you have adhd like I do. 
I would recommend you do the same.

I could never study at home with too much distractions like TV or bed. So I would go to a coffee shop or a library. Also when I studied for my nclex, I would do practice questions. I would try to do at least 100 a day and read the rationales.

I download the app Pocket Points that lets me set a goal and if I actually keep my phone locked for a certain amount of time, I gain points that I can use as coupons at certain stores

I used NCLEX mastery and downloaded an app that basically gives you NCLEX style questions, then tells you what you need to study based on your answers.

Set a goal of studying one chapter (for example) at a time and THEN you can have a 15 minute break (for example). And repeat.
