Ideas for "wrapping" gift of family pictures?

So my siblings and I are getting new family pictures for my mom for Christmas. We haven't had them done in over a decade & have 4 new people in our family ☺️. We are going to tell her at Christmas & then arrange a time to have them done after. Any ideas on what to wrap for her to open? I was thinking maybe something like a picture frame that says fill me up or put our last family photo in there and say it's time for something new here... idk any ideas are welcome!
