Cold while pregnant

So I took two Benadryl allergy pills along with afrin which was recommended by my doctor along with some vapor rub on my chest cause I can not breathe when I go to sleep and my throat was so irritated and my face was swollen and I was barely able to talk. And let me tell you I feel so great after being sick for almost 5 days 😭 I’ve even thrown up lots of mucus that was refusing to come out and I wasn’t even able to eat. I’m 13 weeks and 1 day today. Ive had something different happen to my body every other week. My first trimester has shown me a lot already 😭 from having blister to blister cause the weather keeps changing, diarrhea for three weeks straight, constipation, bacterial infection, UTI, a cold, and be nauseous to the point I want to pass out and food smells disgusting. But today I just feel sooo wonderful 😭 can I please stay this way the rest of the way. I feel uplifted lol.
