Best baby safe moisturize???

Question

Between winter time and pregnancy hormones my skin in soooo dry ,I cant take it.
What are the best pregnacy safe face washes( breaking out a little bit too) and moisturizers to help clean me skin and keep the dry skin away?

I love derma-e purifying face wash (it has charcoal in it that helps keep skin clear, but it’s not drying at all!) and argan oil. I slather that stuff all over my body, it helps so much and it seems to heal active breakouts faster. I started sleeping with a humidifier in my room, too - game changer!
