Anyone else have extremely large bowel movements during pregnancy?
I feel like it is trying to get me ready for birth!!!! It's so embarrassing and painful. I've never experienced anything like it, now it's the same every 4 days. I'm in the bathroom for approximately an hour at a time. I'm such a prude with toilet situations and wouldn't even go if someone was in the house pre-pregnancy- now it's unavoidable. I'm worried about straining, piles, pelvic floor etc. I drink 3 litres of water a day and have a healthy diet. 😫😫😫😒
