Bleeding after sex at 11 weeks?

I’m 11 1/2 weeks and just had a drop of blood in my underwear. It was more like a drop of brown sticky discharge, and when I wiped there was nothing at all. No cramps. It’s the first blood I’ve had yet so I really panicked but now I’m wondering if it could be because my husband and I had sex this morning? We’ve had sex plenty of times since I got pregnant and I never bled before, but when I googled it, that kept coming up as a possibility. Has this happened to anyone else?
