Period & Pregnancy?

Has anyone had a true bleed like they were on their period and been pregnant? I felt like I was pregnant and had crazy symptoms. I’m now bleeding like I’m on my period. But I’m so nauseas & dizzy I’m also cramping so bad and I’ve never really cramped before while on my period. I had a vfl last night but nothing today.

Just a bad period? Any chance I could still be pregnant. Thank you for your advice.
