2 csections and then successful vaginal?

My daughter was an emergency csection after an extremely long, scary labor. We were both sick after. I became a gestational surrogate after that and was terrified that it would happen again so I just opted for the csection. I just wanted to get out of that pregnancy safely and home to my family. But now I'm pregnant with my own baby again and I really would like to try for vaginal, assuming it's even safe? I'm reading conflicting info.

I was told by my doctor, after 2 or more cesareans,  vaginals are not allowed by any physician. So unfortunately, you'll have to have all of your children by c-section now :/

I have read that it is possible, the hard part is finding a provider willing to let you try. I am in the same position and do not like the idea of being coerced, as they did with my third pregnancy (second was a natural miscarriage at almost 13 weeks) bc I was taking too long. 
Don’t give up so easily if it is important to you, it is worth researching. I would find a local ICAN chapter for support, bc there are statistics that state that trial of labor even for vba2c mothers would benefit both mother and child. Good luck to you 🍀

First you’ll have to find a doctor that even considers doing them. Then you’ll need to discuss it in depth and come up with the best plan for you! Best of luck!

If you find a provider that is willing and you're otherwise a good candidate I have heard stories of women having VBA2Cs. Most OBs won't do them though, you would have to search for one.
