Should I go get checked? Or just wait..
I’ve been sick for a week now with major headaches, diarrhea, vomiting, body chills, and a cough on the daily. I don’t know if I should go get checked or just wait it out. I’m not sure if it’s a fever or just a cold.. need some advice please & thank you :(
