workout tips please!!

my family built a pool this winter and we will have it for next summer, i’m really focused on working on my body so i feel confident when people are over which i know a lot of people will be... i am 15, 119 pounds, 5’1, and my body fat is about 23 or 24 percent. i’ve been working out since the last week of october and i just don’t see or feel a difference. this is my current work out.

-stretch

-i use an app called 8fit which gives you a new video exercises, mine only has body weight exercises i don’t know if i can change that on the app but i incorporate weights

-alexis ren ten minute ab workout (this is the best ab workout ever it’s very intense and painful when you start but it gets a little better)

-then i do some lunges, weighted squats, sumo squats? i think that’s what they are called

-then i go on my treadmill, i ran for about ten ish minutes (not all at once) and in between i go on 6 to 10 incline and walk

i feel like this is a lot, i spend 20 minutes on the treadmill so this all adds up to about 40 to 50 minutes. and this is five days i break on the weekends.

i have been eating much better as well but sugar is still in my diet, and i don’t think i can cut that out. but i do use a calorie counted which does lower my sugar intake and my calorie intake. everyday i stay below or just at 1,330 calories everyday expect on the weekends i do not count but i am mindful.

please help me, blow some punches at me whatever i am doing wrong, i feel like times ticking too fast.

-more muscle in my arms and legs (to look toned

-more of a rounded butt instead of my square butt

-toned flat stomach

i know this is really long, with awful grammar, but i’m just too stressed to fix it. thank you for the advice posted!!!!
