how to get my bf to kiss me?

so my bf and I have been dating for a while now and I really want to kiss him, but with both of us having anxiety it’s really hard to even get in a situation where we could do anything. how could I possibly get alone with him or hint to him what I want? note also he’s a pretty busy person so it’s hard to see him outside of school/occasional friday nights.
