Trust issues - is he cheating on me with his child’s mum.

I’m talking to a guy for almost a year. I met him while on holiday we had sex and all the other things. However he said that he’s not together with his child’s mum but I don’t understand why they have each other on every social media like wtf. I live in the U.K. he lives in the islands. So yeah it’s a long distance. I don’t plan to go to his country (Jamaica) for a while as it’s not safe atm oh and he lives in the same area as my family. We talk about life and he always keeps saying he wants me to give him a second child. He always tells me he loves me and I’ve never once said it bck. I don’t think I’m in love maybe I just enjoy the company but how can I if he’s not consistent. Smh I just really want to be happy. Most guys do sleep with their child’s mother and ever time I ask about her he gets mad.
