Anyone seen this before? My 2 week old breaks out every time she eats (breast milk) pediatrician says it’s dry skin. I don’t think so. What could this be? Allergy? FTM!

Try using hypoallergenic body wash, could be a contact allergy to your body wash as it look like the areas that would touch your skin are affected.

Maybe something you’re eating. It all goes through your breast milk... eliminate common allergy foods like, nuts, dairy, eggs & see how it goes first.

Those definitely look like hives to me in that picture. “Hives, also known as urticaria or welts, are swollen, often itchy areas on the skin. They can show up in different shapes and sizes, but they're usually well defined, with a pale, raised central area surrounded by a red border.” My toddler got them a couple of times. Baby could potentially be allergic to something in your milk. Nothing to panic about but I would look into it! You’re doing great, mama!!

My LO has baby acne and any time she cries, eats or lays down on the side it flares up just like that. I am trying to cut out diary though due to colic!

This is normal amount newborns. Just wash face only with water and if you want to moisturize put something like aquaphor . My son had this and as he got older it went away. Keep giving breastmilk , it’s not because if your milk .

Looks like a contact rash from where her face would be against your skin while she is eating. Like her face is getting damp and then drying out. Use something like hypoallergenic moisturizer on her and make sure she isnt getting too sloppy with her feedings. My son got the same/very similar on Jo's chin and neck from nursing because it would drop all over his face and he was also born during the cold/dry time of year.
