Hospital bags?

I’ve looked up 1000 of things to bring to the hospital but it’s all mainly for mom & dad. What are the exact necessities I need to have for baby? I don’t want to bring too much but then again I don’t want to not bring enough.

Clothes to come home in. Blanket. Paci. Hat. Cute photo props. You really don’t need much.

Contact the place of delivery. See if they have a list. And/or talk to friends who have delievered there recently. 
I find every one is slightly different. Ours doesnt provide diapers, breast pads or stuff like that. But ive heard 9g plenty that do. 
An example, From being around with my friend when she had her baby, I realized that I want baby to be able to use our towels after her bath so I packed that stuff too.

I'm having twins, and I honestly feel like I underpacked a little, but I'll post my list.

1 hat
1 pair of socks
1 pair of mittens 
1 blanket 
The car seat 
The hospital will provide diapers and pacifiers and stuff like that. So you honesty don't need much for baby.

My dr told me to bring clothes which a lot of people don’t. So I brought 3 day outfits and 3 sleepers (in case of c section). Burp cloths, 2 diff sleep sacks/swaddles, nail clippers, diaper cream, no scratch mittens, hats, socks, baby book for prints, jacket, and whatever I need for his announcement photo (which is a cute swaddle set and letter board). I’m sure anything you forget or don’t bring the hospital will have so don’t worry about it. I would personally rather start off with my own things.

1 pair of mittens
3 pairs of socks
1 pair of slipper/booties
Her going home outfit 
Muslin blankets (the hospital has swaddling blankets too but I wanna use my own)
Stuffed animal/security blanket thing (My first has had hers since birth so I guess it’s gonna be a tradition) 
Andddd I think that may be it? The hospital has heaps of stuff from diapers to pacifiers to bottles if you’re going to formula feed, etc.

We do alot of skin to skin while we are in the hospital especially so baby is naked most of the time and wrapped in blankets in the cot. We only bring: 
1 sleeper (for when we have visitors) 
2 hats
I bring 2 muslin swaddle blankets because I like them better than the hospital blankets but they aren't necessary.
A going home outfit 
3 diapers (just incase for the trip home)
Wipes (only because I don't like the hospital ones, also not necessary)
Soothers (our hospital is a BFI hospital so they aren't provided)
Carseat
Warm blanket for carseat.
