Possible preeclampsia?

Not diagnosed yet, and I’m hoping that’s not what I have.. but today at my doctor appointment they found protein in my urine and my blood pressure was a lot higher than usual, so they sent me to labor and delivery for tests..
If I do in fact have preeclampsia, what happens? Do I have the baby early?

I am 35+5 today. I got diagnosed with early stages of preE last week. I get BPP scans twice a week with blood work and am on modified bed rest until we induce during the 38th week, assuming my condition doesn't worsen to a point where we need intervention sooner.

When I was 32+6 I was admitted cause they found protein in my urine plus I have bladder infection. My Ob just said that he was going to keep a close eye on that nothing more 🙄 plus I have gestational diabetes it sucks when he doesn’t stay in the room for more than 3 min

Exactly the same thing happened to me last week. 
I'm 33+5 now i was a possible high rish for preeclampsia. Everything was going well in routine checks untill last week, I had high B.P and protein in urine. I was kept in over night and monitored Dr explained that they won't plan on me going to 40weeks and to expect having the baby by 37-38 weeks. My BP is fluctuating at the minute so they won't start me on medication but if yours remain high they might?. Dr now wants to check every week untill our little one arrives.

Usually they’ll deliver the baby early due to the high BP
