Please no rude comments

Please don't comment anything rude. I just turned 19 my baby's dad is 21. We have been together since hs & we both decided to start ttc. It took us over 13 months and just this November we finally conceived. I am currently 7 weeks. Yesterday when I visited the OBGYN I noticed him really odd but I dismissed it. Once i got into his car i found movie tickets from the night before so i started to worry bc we weren't together that night. (Mind you we've been fighting alot lately because according to him im "over sensitive now" which leads us to stop talking for a few days..) he confessed to me he was seeing somebody else & tried to dismiss it as nothing and hug it out.. of course i got super emotional & we had a huge argument bc he said the pregnancy was a mistake. Today he told me he wants me to have an abortion. I refuse to do so and now i have no idea where i stand... any expierence with this? Do you guys think he might come around? I know i sound naive for asking but I decided on having my baby with or without him.. one just hopes🙏🏼😔💔
