Troubled 18 year old🙄

So this is my first time actually posting on here and I’ve got a confession🙄 I have an ex that I knew since the 2nd grade and we started dating in the 9th-11th grade and never had sex we did other things but not actual sex.. so I’m out of high school and me and him are like friends now our break up wasn’t bad it was a mutual thing so we were just hanging out one day and play fighting and he asked me was I still a virgin.. and I Kinda lied and said no🙄🙄(don’t ask..I was being stupid at the time) but one thing led to another and yea it was pretty good but afterwards when he left I just started crying out of no where bc I can’t believe I just did that when we weren’t even dating but I totally trust him because he was like my best friend before we dated..so anyways it’s just a confession and I just don’t know what to do anymore I’m really disappointed in myself should I be?😩😩
