Am i pregnant or ovulating??

So ive been having unprotected sex everyday since 1st December which is the day i was supposed to be ovulating and my period was due 15th December.. all pregnancy tests ive taken are negative.. ive got some stretchy clear discharge coming out for the last few days.. is it late ovulation or early pregnancy sign??

I gave birth October 11th. Had a period 17th November for 10 days and apparently ovulated 1st December..but im not sure?
