Low fluid levels/gallstones

So I was diagnosed with gallstones during this pregnancy back in September & have adjusted my diet accordingly to avoid surgery until after baby. Monday I had 2 attacks & Tuesday I had an attack start at 12:30 & still had it by 4 pm, worst I’ve ever had, so I was instructed to go to hospital. Turns out I was also having contractions, & my baby’s fluid levels were low (5.7 & they said they like it to be above 7). So I was admitted to the hospital & have been on fluids the entire time. Has anyone else experienced any of these issues? Especially the low fluid levels, it has me worried! But baby has been monitored & seems to be doing well, contractions are barely noticeable anymore. I was scheduled to have gallbladder removed Friday because of the attacks recently but now that I know it’s also been contractions I may hold off on that unless they insist it’s NEEDED now or caused all of this. I am currently 31 weeks & 2 days with my rainbow baby girl.
