My ex recently messaged me asking if we could catch up and be friends after he cheated on me with his now girlfriend of 3-4 years. I posted the picture below. I need some serious outside perspective

I wouldn’t reply, nor tell his girlfriend nor meet up with him.  If you have completely closed that chapter of your life and this would re-open the would it’s just not worth it.  If his current girlfriend knew he cheated on you with her then she know that kind of man she got.  No need to wrap yourself up in that mess.

It looks like a normal message to me. When you broke up doesn’t mean that you should be stranger in my opinion but I’ll tell my boyfriend about it and you should ask him to tell her about it. And if you want to see him or whatever is up to you.

If she knew about you when he cheated then no, don't tell her. If she didn't, then yes, you should tell her. Regardless I wouldn't meet up with him and would probably block him all together.
