Went out to dinner with guy I’ve been dating since June. We haven’t made it official but we are dating exclusively.
As he went for the door he said “I gotta protect my...” referring to being right next to me while we are walking outside late at night. Why wouldn’t he just say “I gotta protect my girl..!!!”
Probably overthinking it but it’s bugging me lol
