Need fast response? Tylenol dosage for infant??

My son got his 4 month shots and RSV today and the Dr said I could give him Childrens Tylenol for a fever if he starts to get one. She said she would give me a dosage sheet with my paper work to take home. Being a FTM, not thinking because he did fine with his 1-3 month shots I didn't check for the paper before I left.

Well, at midnight he had a monstrous boogie come out of his nose. Like, probably a little smaller than a dime. I dknt know how he was breathing with that thing in there. Ive never had one THAT big. And another stuck in the other nostril we're unable to get out. We're really Hoping he sneezes it out like the other one.

Anyway, here I am, with a 4 month old (1 1/2months adjusted for preemie) that has a 100.2° temp and big ole boogies. They said he might not feel good and run a temp but my husband is freaking out about it wanting to go to the ER.
