Did I say something wrong?

MIL has already come over two days ago (unannounced whilst baby was napping so I was a bit miffed) and this is her text today. I’m worried I was rude as her reply seems blunt? I said yes but am genuinely busy so thought what I said was reasonable? She also wants us to visit on the weekend so she will get to see him again this week anyway. (Luca is my 8 month old). Also I said no to the presents as we live in a tiny two bed flat and they genuinely will clog the room up.

(I’m asking because she’ll say it’s fine then she’ll make passive aggressive comments about missing him/being depressed from having withdrawal from him...)
