What does this rash on my toddler's butt look like?

Yeast? Sweat/heat rash? Diaper rash? She is in underwear most the day, but diaper at nap and bedtime. She has had MRSA on her butt before from being in a diaper, but this looks totally different and is in a patch mostly on one butt cheek.

If she’s had MRSA you should take her in asap. You don’t want to wait for something so serious.

Hand foot and mouth? My oldest had it everywhere, mouth, face, hands, feet, lady bits and her bum. Friend of mine (her kids go to the same daycare) son only had it on his hands and her oldest son only hand it on his man bits and bum. Either way take her in to be seen just to be on the safe side

My daughter had bumps like that wen she had a fungal infection. We were prescribed a fungal infection cream n hydrocortisone ointment

It looks like could be a reaction to the diaper. I would switch brands to see if it improves. And as much nakey time as possible.
