Tylenol vs ibuprofen ?

Which would you take ? Which is better for you? I know no medication is good for you for long periods of time but in your person opinion . It’s for back pain, and chest discomfort 🤦🏻‍♀️

Avoid NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen) if you have a history of heartburn or ulcers because they can make it worse.

Depends what the issue is. You can take 1g tylenol and 400/800 ibruphen or 500 tylenol n 200 ibruphen  combination of both works wonderfully. When i had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out all i took was this combo didn't feel a thing.

you can take both at the same time actually since they’re made differently, just don’t exceed the recommended amount for each one.

I take both 2 ibuprofen and 30 min later 2 Tylenol they don’t have the same ingredients and they do different things

I like to use 2 Alieve gel capsules for my cramps when they are really really bad. Lasts the longest and strongest for me!! Usuallly 10-12 hours!
