Did anyone get negative urine tests at home but positive Blood test?

So still no AF and still no bfp, so my doctor ordered and hcg blood test just in case and I am so so nervous. Anyone have bfn on urine tests but positive blood work? Or am I silly for being just the teeniest bit hopeful?

For some reason my blood work picked up wen I went to the hospital for lower stomach pain. They did both and blood work came back positive! He's now 7yrs old 🤗🤗

Not me, but my sister. Two months late still getting negative home tests. But the bloodwork came up positive. I think she said she'd try once or twice a month just to see when the home test would come up positive and it wasnt until late second or early third trimester if i remember correctly.
She wanted the actual test for a momento lol
