What to expect at 7 week scan

Scan is tomorrow ill be 7 weeks. What can i expect to see? Any pics? Abdo or vaginal?

Most likely transvaginal, this was mine at 7w1d but baby was measuring 6w3d. We still saw and heard the heartbeat though ❤️

This was my 7 week ultrasound, then was told I was measuring 7w1d. Done transvaginal, and 99.9% of doctors will do transvaginal until around 11 weeks, to see things more clearly. He said everything looked great and pointed to everything, but girl idk what I was looking at, I was too busy crying happy and relieved tears. I did get to hear the heartbeat loud and clear! However, they say most don’t get to this early and not to panic if you don’t. Enjoy every second of it and breathe it in. It’s incredible.

This was my 7 week scan. At that point it pretty much looks like a blob. You should be able to hear and see the heartbeat!

Um they will prob do a vaginal I think it depends on the ob. But you should be able to see a gestational sac, yolk, fetal pole and possibly a baby. It just depends cause you may have ovulated later than you think.
